Monitor Your Pins With Pinterest Web Analytics

Pinterest has released Pinterest Web Analytics, a device that allows information with confirmed websites to see what Pinterest customers are pinning from their websites and, as a walkthrough video puts it, understand where those pins are going.

That means brands with verified accounts like Ford, McDonald's, and Wal-mart can see how Pinterest Pinterest users organize and share their content on the network and learn more about how those users want to incorporate the content into their lives, Pinterest says.

"Bloggers, companies, and organizations often ask us, 'What are What are people pinning from my websites?'?'" Pinterest Software Professional Tao Tao writes in a blog post announcing the tool. "These website owners help create the content on Pinterest and we wanted to help them understand which pieces of content people find most interesting."

Web Analytics functions consist of how many individuals have pinned from a brand's website, how many individuals have seen the pins, and how many individuals have frequented the brand's website from Pinterest.

The Analytics page also has an eye for Most Repinned, Most Visited, and Most Latest Pins. The blog post says this will provide manufacturers a better concept of what's popular.

To access these features, verified Pinterest user simply go to the top right selection and simply simply click Analytics. Pinterest's website verification function released in Oct.

Eligible users will see four charts that measure pins, repins, impressions, and clicks. Activities are showed in blue and the people who did those actions are in orange. Large blue and orange numbers depict the average daily number of actions or individuals during a selected time frame, the video explains.

Question mark icons provide tips.

What's more, the Most Repinned tab allows online marketers see the pins that got repinned the most in any given one-, seven-, or 14-day period. TThis enables site owners to learn more about spikes on the site metrics tab, the video says.

On the Most Visited tab, user can simply just click pins for additional understanding such as the board it was pinned to and the unique pinner, as well as a feed of what the users who pinned that pin have also pinned.

According to Pinterest, the announcement builds on the set of tools it offers site owners, such as business accounts and Pin It buttons, which make it easier for consumers to pin content from a website or blog.

"Pinterest allows individuals factors they love and motivates them to act on these factors in their daily lifestyles. Our group believes a lot about how individuals these factors and have found that some of the best resources for content are businesses and bloggers," Pinterest writes in an emailed statement. "The release of Website Analytics is an starting point toward better linking companies and pinners as it allows companies and material makers concentrate in on what pins speak out loud best."

According to the writing, Pinterest has new guidelines and case research on its web page and wishes to add new resources in the coming months.
